ABOUT ME

I've spent 25 years working in startup companies, in all stages of growth from 5 to 800 people. During that time I've held numerous Product, Engineering, Operations, and Technical Sales roles, both as an individual contributor and a leader.

Based on my experience, I know what works and what doesn't, what needs to be focused on, and how to manage growth strategically and tactically. I've been there, done that, and now I can provide the maturity in leadership, allowing you to focus on building your business.

My goal is to use my experience to help you limit the amount of time you have to sink into navigating growth while also making the appropriate strategic decisions to secure the future of your company.

I work closely with the founders and their teams, frequently on a daily basis, providing guidance, ideas, a sounding board and even hands-on work where required.
